Integrating CCO Imports form the charging infrastructure ontology

Description of the issue

For developing the CHIO we imported several CCO modules, particularly those that cover aspects of infrastructue, artifacts and geospatial terminology.

The CCO also has a vehicle taxonomy that is very similar to the OEO taxonomy, we never worked together on this so I dare to say this can be an emergent taxonomy and I would consider using it.

Ideas of solution

We should figure out some basic use cases of the OTO so we can start importing some terminology, maybe the content experts can start describing some use case scenarios so we can start building the trees.
