Data Upload: Add posibility to "clear table"

Description of the issue

We noticed that i is helpful to be able to clear the tables data especially for early use cases where data is uploaded and errors might be included in the data.

Describing the API use case for programmatic solutions

Add a button to the UI in the Upload wizard and in the profile table-page. only for data which is currently in "model_draft"

I like this feature. I suggest a "Danger Zone" like in GitHub with "Delete Table" and "Clear Table".
