Add interactive download functionality to browse and select MaStR export dates

Description of the issue

Currently, the open-MaStR bulk download functionality is limited to downloading only today's MaStR export data. This creates several limitations:

Current Limitations:

• No historical data access - Users cannot download MaStR exports from previous dates
• Rigid date selection - Only "today" or "existing" (local files) are supported
• No visibility into available downloads - Users cannot see what dates are available for download
• Poor user experience - Users must manually guess or research available dates

Ideas of solution

Implement an interactive download functionality that allows users to:

• Browse Available Downloads - Fetch and display all available MaStR export dates from the website
• Interactive Date Selection - Present users with a user-friendly interface to choose which date to download

Hi @fharookshaik :) Thank you for your contribution, we already realized this mistake in #695. But your proposal in #697 is a nice addition, so we will probably hotfix #695 and add your ideas in a later release. What do you think @FlorianK13, @nesnoj ?
