not able to use steam input

i can't tell if i am doing something wrong but i am using this project to fix 1 issue being support for both steam overlay/steam input while nested, basicaly i am using this project as a fix for gamescope -e not working. and i want this speficaly so i can play games in HDR and use custom configs for my controler. i am also on hyprland

well showing us your configs would be a start.

also gamescope -e is not meant to be used in nested mode, it is broken and causes nested gamescope to crash and will never be fixed as it is intended to be used for the steam gamemode session only.

there is some code to try remove the -e and --steam flag if you do end up using them in scopebuddy but they are not reliable and you are better off just never using the flag to begin with, in case you have it in your config.
