502 on ctsstage after adding Alpheios lookup

When upgrading the https://github.com/OpenGreekAndLatin/leipzig_cts/tree/cts-staging to the newest changes here (new unit tests, updated intro text, and Alpheios lookup), http://ctsstage.dh.uni-leipzig.de/ returns only 502 errors. The first time I refreshed this page after the update, it showed the new intro text. But as soon as I tried to go into one of the collections, it returned a 502. And now even the landing page returns a 502.
I did https://github.com/OpenGreekAndLatin/leipzig_cts/wiki#force-refresh-of-corpora on ctsstage, but it does not seem to have helped.

ctsstage now appears to be working fine. But I don't see anything that looks like an Alpheios lookup. The text, however, is updated.
I will keep this issue open until it is clear that there is no problem here.
