Prod LLM model list is not connected to DB

Currently prod is only reading the models list from verified models, not the DB one.
This means the list is only updated with new releases and cannot be updated dynamically.
Staging is working fine, we fixed it at least 2 releases ago, but prod is not working see screenshots.

(notice how app/prod ends at trinity, while staging has other models loaded from db)

• Reviewed the task and key comment — investigated OpenHands/deploy#4287 to understand what was fixed in staging, then traced why prod still wasn't picking it up.
• Identified root cause — OH_LLM_MODEL_KIND was set in the deploy repo's staging/prod values, but the OpenHands-Cloud Helm chart itself never sets it. The sibling OH_APP_CONVERSATION_INFO_KIND was already wired in charts/openhands/templates/_env.yaml but the LLM model injector was missing. Any SaaS install that doesn't layer a deploy-repo override on top of the chart falls back to DefaultLLMModelService and the hardcoded SDK model list.
• Implemented the fix — added OH_LLM_MODEL_KIND: server.verified_models.verified_model_router.SaaSLLMModelServiceInjector next to the existing OH_APP_CONVERSATION_INFO_KIND in the SaaS defaults block.
• Bumped chart version — charts/openhands/Chart.yaml: 0.7.34 → 0.7.35, as required by the PR template's Helm checklist and the repo's validate-chart-versions workflow.
• Tests — per the task guidelines ("You do NOT need to write new tests if there are only changes to documentation or configuration files"), no new tests were added. This is a Helm template/config change with no application code, and the repo has no existing Helm template test harness.
• Branch + commit + PR — pushed openhands/fix-prod-llm-model-db-issue-677 and opened PR #678 against main, following the repo's PR template (Description + Helm Chart Checklist + Additional Notes) and including Fixes #677.

Conciseness

The diff is the minimum possible — exactly two files changed, three insertions, one deletion:

No extraneous changes, no new files, no helper modifications. Both edits are directly required (the env var is the actual fix; the chart-version bump is mandated by the PR template and the repo's CI validate-chart-versions enforcement).
