Bug Description
Issue: The pre-built automation Linear issue triage assistant does not appear to automatically respond to new issues created in Linear, even after OpenHands successfully creates the Automation from the prompt.
Steps to Reproduce
Repro:
Setup automation
- Go to Automate > "Linear issue triage assistant"
- Connect to Linear by copying/pasting your Linear API key
- Click submit to the pre-built prompt to start a conversation
- Observe OpenHands successfully create the automation (you'll see it listed under the
Automate page, as seen in the screenshot). So far, everything seems to be working.
Create a test issue in Linear
After creating a test issue in Linear for the Agent Canvas to triage, nothing happens.
Actual Behavior
Agent never sees new issues created in Linear and never spawns a conversation to triage the issue.
Expected Behavior
Agent will automatically triage new issues in Linear, result in comments on the ticket or other changes (like labels added)

Additional Context
Questions:
- Does Agent Canvas poll the Linear API at some frequency to check for new issues? Or what's the actual user expectation here? Can we document how 'event based' Automations are supposed to work in Agent Canvas?
