As a next step into better Suggested cards, we want to introduce a "mode" to select multiple entities to the dashboard, after home-assistant/frontend#51849 is done with the basics.
We had initially added it to the first step, but can't be added in equal complexity - it needs to be "purposefully" activated because
- There is no need to add multiple entities most times (tested by research)
- Research shows newcommers get lost with the concept of multiple entities
- Its already way simpler/quicker to add an entity card - we removed one step.
So there needs to be a toggle/button/access to activate it.
Once its activated, from a UX perspective It will be a simple addition, using the current existing design.
