[BUG] - Using Panacea causes Atlantica Songs to be delayed by about 100ms

Describe the Bug
All Atlantica songs have a delay of about 100ms. This is most likely caused by Panacea loading the stream assets via an external library.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Atlantica
2. Go to any song
3. Try to match the rhythm
4. Notice all of the times actions happen about 100ms before/after the song cues.

Expected behavior
There should be no delay.
