Range Connectivity Test Ansible Plugin

I think we need an Ansible plugin to validate deployed ranges after creation. This plugin would:

• Verify host interconnectivity within/between VPCs and subnets.
• Confirm SSH and/or RDP access to all hosts.
• Report status for frontend display.

This is crucial for troubleshooting and confirming successful OpenLabs deployments.

Note: Requires the Ansible plugin system to be implemented first.
