[Datamover Unittest] Build fixtures, mocks, and unittests for Datamover indexing

Datamover indexing should be thoroughly tested to make sure it is accurate and functional. Inputs should be simulated with fixtures. Mocks should be used to ensure logic is captured of indexing but not necessarily system dependencies.
