Specifications tells that device should offer auxiliary group wiping when workgroup field mismatch is detected and (if accepted) update workgroup field to one provided by device.
However updating workgroup field after wiping is specified as recommended (SHOULD) instead of required (MUST). Is this intentional as it contradicts clarification in parentheses?

When a tag is detected by the device and the orkgroup doesn't match, the device SHOULD offer wiping the auxiliary region. The tag workgroup field SHOULD then be set to the device workgroup (even if the user decided not to wipe the region, to prevent repeated prompts).
