Remove modules dependent on non-core products

MUnit contains several modules which are not available in a bare Smallworld installation/the `sw_core` product, such as:
* `munit_eo_cim_adapter_int_tests`
* `munit_eo_cim_circuit_export_tests`
* `munit_eo_cim_mapping_tests`
* `munit_eo_dnom_design_request_tests`
* `munit_eo_dnom_station_export_tests`

These modules should be moved to the Electric Office product.
