Description
OpenTreeMap's default template (https://github.com/azavea/OpenTreeMap/tree/v1.3/templates) is a bit white and sparse, and could use a few "index.html" splash screens to choose from as well.
If you're a Code for America brigader with CSS skills, designing a few new themes or templates to choose from would be a welcome contribution!
