Add Lobby Screen

• Add list showing number of players and which country is selected
• Show selected country's statistics
• List bookmarks/saves
• List playable countries
• Create textbox for displaying description of bookmarks and message sending if in multiplayer
• Add Back and Play button
• Add display of year at the top center of screen
