New Filter and Card Info Sug

• when searching it say "select a filter or create new" if you click on a existing filter there is no way to "+create a new filter" unless you back out and hit "Search" again. It would be nice to add a "+ create new filter" Button below all the saved filters.
• It would be cool it there was a section that said what each card does. for newer players that don't remember each cards effects. maybe when selecting cards for a filter if you hover the card it will have a pop up of the effects.
