SuperFamicheck submodule isn't updated with new location LibSFX calls its build from.

You did update the SuperFamiconv submodule to build to `build/release/` but you didn't update the SuperFamicheck submodule to build to `build/release` despite updating LibSFX to expect the build to be there.
