German translation mistakes ON/OFF

Using the German translation I discovered a pretty confusing translation error in the LED blocks.

Implemented translation: ON -> aus, OFF -> an

Correct translation: ON -> an, OFF -> aus

At that point I switched back to English. So there might be more translation errors that I didn't notice.
