Add a --depth flag for tree output

Useful for large repos: treels -t --depth 2. The ignored pkg/file code already hints at MaxDepth, but the current service path does not expose it.

• Acceptance: add MaxDepth to options, implement traversal limit, test depth 0, 1, and nested directories.
