Fix presentation of bathymetry layer in Explorer

Description

When the bathymetry layer is turned on it dominates the list of a available features in the "Select a feature" dialog box. Recommended quick fix is to turn this layer off by default.

What browser are you seeing the problem on? What version are you running?

Chrome v148 (and change)

The OS you're using

macOS 15.7.3

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to explore.overturemaps.org
2. Leave default layer settings toggled on
3. Click on the map (in Inspect or Explore mode) at a higher zoom, preferably in a more rural or coastal area. In the US, MD and FL are good options.
4. Observe the number of bathymetry features on the Select a feature list.

GERS ID of the entity in question (if applicable)

See link below and screenshots. But remember that the datasets in Base are not part of GERS, even though the features are assigned UUIDs.
