For some reason when I was playing in my Nightfall world, I arrived in the Coves to progress the story, and for some awful reason, Bulldrogioth doesn't spawn. I thought like "you know, via the description, this dude has to be underwater". But after watching a gameplay, I notice that Bulldrogioth only spawn on top of the mountain and are highlighted just like the golem on the Sky Island. I try rejoining my world, Reducing the Render distances so other mobs doesn't causing the mob cap to filled up which may prevented Bulldrogioth from spawning.
