📋 Description
This is an information gathering exercise with jurisdictional and internal partners ahead of further developing the PoC. Information Gathering targets the following themes:
- Business Flow and Processes
- User and Organization Identification
- Consent Management
- Data Infrastructure and Interoperability
- Current Technology Infrastructure
- User and System Interaction
This exercise consists of 1) documentation review; and 2) interviews/workshops. It launches Oct. 3rd with the goal of ending Dec. 12. (10 weeks).
