Once the anti-infective list has been checked/updated (https://github.com/PHI-base/data/issues/17) there may be additional R or S to chemical PHIPO terms to create using ROBOT. We also want to create corresponding set of 'normal growth on chemical' terms. (Any new chemicals will also need to be added to PHI-ECO)
