The PHIPO terms long germ tube and short germ tube do not specify abnormality in their term names, even though the parent term is abnormal germ tube.
I'd recommend renaming these terms to specify abnormality, and preferably following uPheno's pattern naming conventions where there is only one variable (increased or decreased length).
