Ontology terms for phenotype patterns

This issue is for tracking the uPheno patterns and ontology terms needed for newly added PHIPO ontology terms.

From issue #436:

• 'reduced hyphal branching' (PHIPO:0001446) can use the pattern abnormally decreased number of anatomical entity with the variable hypha from the Fungal Anatomy Ontology, but I'm not sure if this ontology is supported by the anatomical entity patterns. I'll have to look into this.

• 'increased level of deoxynivalenol' (to be added) can use the pattern abnormally increased level of chemical entity with the term 'deoxynivalenol' (CHEBI:10022).
