power, area and thermal analysis

Thank you for your fantastic work.
I was wondering if there is any implementation for power/area/thermal analysis?

If not, then how can I integrate cacti/dsent for this purpose ?

Another questions is that, all the NPUs are homogeneous ? Is it possible to define different types of cores? (e.g. systolic array, ReRAM)

Thanks for your kind words and for trying out ONNXim!

Power / area / thermal analysis: unfortunately we haven't integrated any of these into ONNXim yet, so you'd need to wire up CACTI / DSENT on your own if you need them.
Heterogeneous cores: yes, you can give each core its own config block under core_config in the JSON, so different cores can have different sizes, scratchpad sizes, latencies, etc. For example:
