Simplify datastructure for MVP #233
Description
Based on the diagram at the bottom of this Miro page update the AppSync entities to match, and resolve any issues in the code.
Most notable changes:
- Remove "MedicalQuestion" entity
- Remove "Task" entity
- Remove "DocumentRef" and related reference changes from other entities
- Remove client-side generation of Conflict records
- Introduction of additional fields into Document to handle submission flow
- Change to "Curator" to be "Profile" and optionally contain both curator and author information
Definition of done:
- CDK updated
- User interface code updated to support the new data structure (strip pages that are no longer part of the MVP screens
- Data-import scripts updated to new structure
