Simplify Review page - remove conflicts, subcomments and threads #235
Description
Reviewers can no longer see other reviewers' comments/annotations.
This has a number of knock-on simplifications:
- Remove client-side generation of Conflict records, as these will be generated by the publication process
- Remove access to "SubComment" and "Thread" - as these can only be used post-publication
Definition of done:
- The Review screen only shows the current user's annotations
- There is no reference to SubComment, Thread or Conflict objects in the Review pages
