2.10 release

need a release for scala 2.10

I used this:

lazy val spyglass = "com.parallelai" %% "spyglass" % "2.0.3"

and

 resolvers += "parallelai-releases" at "https://github.com/ParallelAI/mvn-repo/raw/master/releases",

and I got this error:
[warn] ==== parallelai-releases: tried
[warn] https://github.com/ParallelAI/mvn-repo/raw/master/releases/com/parallelai/spyglass_2.10/2.0.3/spyglass_2.10-2.0.3.pom

I check the repo and i did not see any 2.10.

the dependency command i would expect would work is:
lazy val spyglass = "com.parallelai" %% "spyglass" % "3.0.0"

the path where i would expect to see the pom is
https://github.com/ParallelAI/mvn-repo/raw/master/releases/com/parallelai/spyglass_2.10/3.0.0/spyglass_2.10-3.0.0.pom
