Links to new LIS broken and should be fixed to legacy LIS

"I noticed that we now have a bunch of broken links in peanutbase, pointing to paths at legumeinfo.org
that are now only existing at legacy.legumeinfo.org (e.g. links to gene families and GCV on the gene pages). Probably worth fixing, should be easy to just add the "legacy" to the existing links, if drupal doesn't get in the way; let me know if you need more info."
