Peggy has now provided a mapping excel file: "AG_4062_sample_list.1.xlsx" which has CEL file to genotype.(Note & CAUTION: the genotype column has space in the string. This was a problem in the past)

My test:
Investigate Genotype dropdown: choose 'on 1 group'.
Click Individuals and start typing a genotype name. If it is there, it should show up in the dropdown.
I couldn't find a few test cases from the excel file with this test. Example:
