Migration items list

Starting to list here all the items/issues that need to be considered for migration of PB to Jekyll.
(Keep listing and make new issues if necessary)

• Species page: Now working from dropdown (after adf work)
  - [x] '/taxa' leads to a page then click to go to /taxa/arachis: do straight to /taxa/arachis
• Need github updated with these changes
• Home page message: change appropriately.
  • Provide link to legacy site.
  • Check all links in home page works properly (taxa-done, ... )
• Need to list steps for site migration and start them.
  • address changes (cnet, point pb.org to jekyll site) and need new address legacy.pb.....
  • When do we move pb-jekyll site to production VM??
• Change Drupal site: Message, news, links, contact page ( inactivate)
• Taxa: /taxa/ heading and subheadings in page need to be PB specific (currently for LIS). The /taxa/index.html need to be PB specific?
• News June 2023: Started migration news.
  • News: Gene search page/interface updated.
• Genome page or access to different genomes to be rationalized.
  • JBrowse link takes a v. long time to load! Current link (https://dev.peanutbase.org/tools/jbrowse2/?session=local-05f2YDKwy)
  • JBrowse all links related to JB2 have to be replaced with new ones with new sessions (a lingering pain point).
• Taxa(Species) page(autocontent): (dev.peanutbase.org/taxa/arachis/)
  • The DS metadata file that lists resoureces for each Ara species need to be updated. Then correct genomes will be listed under each Ara species in this page created by auto content.
