Basic UI for the canvas

Currently, the canvas is just a black pen on white background. We want to expand this to a feature-rich UI. Everything to be done in React + JS
List of features - 
- Navbar with file, edit and help dropdown menus
- Dock with a color picker and pen size choosing option
