cmake plugin

If I have a cmake which is greater than 3 currently you 'reinstall' cmake to be a version 3. This is not done efficiently either.

cmake should be backwards compatible so I don't understand why i'm being downgraded.

CMake 4 is not compatible with all CMake 3 versions. That's why Alien::cmake3 requires cmake3 PerlAlien/Alien-cmake3#20.

The question is how to work with it in Alien::Build::Plugin::Build::CMake.
The actual code:

45: $meta->add_requires('share'     => 'Alien::cmake3' => '0.02');
...

and

...
73: $meta->interpolator->replace_helper('cmake' => sub { require Alien::cmake3; Alien::cmake3->exe });
...

It's possible to do the fix.
