Remove / don't allow rsa keys

I noticed that some of our keys in infra are RSA keys -- [rsa is depricated](https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/226131/openssh-declares-ssh-rsa-deprecated-what-do-i-do-next) so we should update those and check if there are any configurations we should set to make sure we disallow them going forward.
