Fonts and modules should not scale down in size when the screen gets smaller

Modules and font size needs to respond to best practice breakpoints and start stacking, rather than modules getting smaller

Again, design is for a huge display: for 1920x1080. You tested on 1536x762 and said that home modules should be fit without a scrollbars. Fit modules to small window and not scaling modules are two opposite requests, they can not be implemented together.

"start stacking" I believe that if modules will start stacking on screen less than 1920x1080 is not a desired thing.
