Missing SVG files!

"snapshot*.svg" files are missing from this repo. Can you tell us at least where to find them?

The scripts in /examples are intended to just be useful helper utilities (or as reminders to devs how certain functionality can be achieved, etc) and not part of the Studio proper. In the one you mention, it is assumed you have run a PhysiCell simulation and would have .svg files in your /output. You could copy this script there and try to run it.

I see. You know of course that this is not how Python packages in GitHub work. They always include a 'recouces' or 'images' or 'data' etc. section where images and other resources used in the code are found. (Sometimes thay are placed even in the same folder with the code files.) Otherwise, the code cannot be tested, evaluated, etc. So I suggest you add such a section and put in there SVG samples, e.g. like snapshot*.svg. Very simple and it will handle the current issue. I hope you see the rationale and necessity of this. The setup of your work looks excellent and it is a pity that one will not get an actual taste of it
because of such a small --but decisive-- issue.
