Add Tor support for Lite wallet

Please add socks5 proxy settings ability in PirateWallet-Lite Desktop and piratewallet-light-cli.

This will allow setting .onion Tor v3 address to use as lightwalletd server.

Did you try launching from command line with torsocks -i piratewallet-lite or torsocks whatever the binary name for wallet is?

torsocks -i ./piratewallet-lite does work if your on linux.
You just extract the binary linux-binaries-piratewallet-lite-vX.X.XX.tar.gz (X.X.XX version number).

But proxy support in the lite wallet GUI should be added for non linux users.
Also many key features are missing from lite wallet like option to name the wallet when generating the .dat file. Also a setting for selecting a custom path to look for saved wallets instead of in the $HOME .pirate folder.

Ideally, the best solution would be to have these options sorted out within the GUI for the ease of non-technical users. Developers or tech savvy can figure things out, this way or another but it would be a lot much help with adoption of wallet with GUI options.
