Update Flash (African exchange) project: logo & tutorial refresh

Context

We have two distinct projects named "Flash" in the repository — this can cause confusion:

1. Flash (exchange) — resources/projects/flash/ + tutorials/exchange/flash/

   • West African Bitcoin exchange (Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire)
   • Buy/sell Bitcoin via Lightning Network & Mobile Money from 100 XOF
   • Website: https://www.bitcoinflash.xyz/
   • Built by BLOCKSOLUT

2. Flash Infrastructure — resources/projects/flash-infrastructure/ + tutorials/business/pay-with-flash/

   • Payment gateway / POS solution
   • Website: https://paywithflash.com/

This issue concerns only project #1 (the African exchange).

What needs to be updated

1. Logo update

• File: resources/projects/flash/assets/logo.webp
• The current logo needs to be replaced with the updated one from https://www.bitcoinflash.xyz/
• Also update the tutorial cover if needed: tutorials/exchange/flash/assets/cover.webp

2. Tutorial content refresh

• Directory: tutorials/exchange/flash/
• The French source tutorial (fr.md) and its screenshot assets (assets/fr/) need to be updated to reflect the current state of the platform at https://www.bitcoinflash.xyz/
• Once the French source is updated, all 25+ translations will need re-proofreading

Note on naming ambiguity
