4.0.16 BETA 4: Message order for other plugins are not being respected. [Server Breaking]

• I'm using the very latest BETA version of ItemsAdder and the dependencies are updated.
• I am sure this is a BETA VERSION ONLY and it's not reproducible on previous public releases of the plugin.
• I am sure this is a bug and it is not caused by a misconfiguration or by another plugin.
• I've looked for already existing issues on the Issue Tracker and haven't found any.
• I already searched on the plugin wiki to know if a solution is already known.
• I searched the #beta-ia channel on Discord for similar issues.
• I searched the #itemsadder-forum channel on Discord for similar issues.
• I tested that this issue persists on a bare-minimum Server as described in #4187.

What happened?

Having ItemsAdder 4.0.16 BETA 4 installed on Paper 1.21.11 #113

For some reason it makes other plugins chat messages unorganized at times.
For example: DeluxeMenus

When the left click command is as follow.
'[message] &r'
'[message] &7Text here'
'[message] &r'

It sometimes (most of the time) doesn't send the message in that specific order and it only happens when you use ItemsAdder for 1.21.11 4.0.16 Beta 4.
This happens to all plugins, not just DeluxeMenus.

ItemsAdder 4.0.15 on Paper 1.21.10 #130 doesn't have this issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1 Run a server on Local Machine
2 Install Paper #113 1.21.11
3 Install ItemsAdder 4.0.16 BETA 4
4 (The only configuration change i have made) Set self-host to true.
5 Install DeluxeMenus (This is a Test Plugin to reproduce the issue. Any other plugin works that allows you to send a message from a list in an order).

Make an item in deluxemenus that on left click command sends a message in chat.
'[message] &r'
'[message] &7Text here'
'[message] &r'

Click the item in the deluxemenus to execute the message in chat.
As stated above, this doesn't have to be deluxemenus as it happens with all plugins i've tested.
