Reduce "Goal" options to a central five

After speaking with Katherine and Maho we think it's best to only present the following four goals/metrics. We need to have a proper look at how these will be calculated, but for now we can use temporary AI calculations following these details:

1. Spatial Gap. This is the default selection. It combines the general iNat density maps with the "Closing the Climate Gap" layer. Maybe also the Make a Splash maps?
2. Species discovery. Based on the "Missing Species in Canada" and "Revisit the Past" lists.
3. Conservation. Based on the "Too hot to handle" and "species important for KBA assessment" lists.
4. Climate Gap
5. The "Getting Even" layer.

Interim version in #53 (commit aa5f89c): the Goal selector is reduced to the four goals (Spatial Gap as default, Species discovery, Conservation, Getting Even).

Since the source lists are not all wired yet (Make a Splash, Missing Species in Canada, the KBA-assessment list), each goal is a temporary combination of the real axes already computed, and the blurbs describe the actual calculation rather than claiming data that is not there:

• Spatial Gap = iNaturalist density + CHELSA climate gap
• Species discovery = under-sampling + recent-vs-all-time density ("Revisit the Past")
• Conservation = COSEWIC/SARA at risk + recently changed habitat ("Too Hot to Handle")
• Getting Even = the existing categorical layer

Still needs the lab's "proper look": the specific lists above and the final per-goal formula. The Compare-goals view still exposes the five underlying axes; I can align it once the four-goal calculation is fixed.

This is the main thing our lab needs to look into now (of course we welcome your input).
Despite removing lots of cool features 😅 , I think it's taking shape really nicely.
Mental note, for the Getting Even Layer, we developed sound calculations for last year's challenge, and those can be transferred over.

@wietzesuijker we've discussed how we want to implement the four goals for now, keeping in mind our final goal is to incorporate model uncertainty - based value of information metrics (at some later date).

I'll create sub-issues describing how we want the map to look for each goal. When it comes to the leaderboard calculation on openbiodiversity.ca, it won't necessarily match to whatever is shown on the map, that's ok. This will involve quite a bit of iNaturalist data processing, which our lab has done lots of, so we can help if needed. I've shared with you our Blitz the Gap sharepoint folder where this data is kept.

By the way, we embedded where-to-blitz into https://pollocklab.github.io/openbiodiversity.ca/ and we think it looks good, so we can close issue #11 .
