Terms and Conditions for SandBlox

Effective Date: March 12, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to SandBlox (the "Application"), a development platform by Particle Crypto Security ("we," "our," or "us"), based in Ashdod, Israel. By using SandBlox, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Definitions

  • "Application" – SandBlox, including its web app and resources.
  • "User" – Any individual or entity accessing SandBlox.
  • "Third-Party Services" – External services that interact with SandBlox, such as wallet providers and analytics platforms.
  • "Blox" – Pre-built blockchain application components within SandBlox.
  • "Smart Contracts" – Self-executing blockchain contracts.
  • "User Content" – Any code, data, or smart contracts you create, upload, or deploy in SandBlox.

3. Scope of Services

SandBlox is a development environment for creating, testing, and deploying smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). It provides:

  • Modular blockchain components ("Blox").
  • Integration with Particle Crypto Security's account abstraction technology.
  • Tools for generating, testing, and deploying smart contracts.
  • A TypeScript SDK for smart contract interactions.

What SandBlox does NOT do:

  • Store private keys, seed phrases, or personal data. Wallet security remains your responsibility.
  • Guarantee the security, functionality, or performance of any smart contracts or dApps.
  • Provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • Guarantee gas cost reduction—optimization depends on your implementation.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SandBlox, you agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., securities, AML, data privacy).
  • Secure your private keys and seed phrases (we recommend using hardware wallets).
  • Be fully responsible for your User Content, ensuring it is secure and does not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Avoid illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities, such as creating smart contracts for scams or malware.
  • Exercise caution when interacting with other users' contracts and dApps—we are not responsible for third-party content.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

SandBlox integrates with third-party services like:

  • Cloudflare Pages – Provides hosting services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy: [Link]
  • RainbowKit – Manages wallet connections. See RainbowKit's Privacy Policy: [Link]
  • Dune Analytics – Analyzes blockchain data. See Dune's Privacy Policy: [Link]

We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We own all intellectual property rights in SandBlox, except for User Content.
  • Users retain ownership of their User Content (e.g., custom smart contracts, code).
  • By using SandBlox, you grant us permission to analyze how you use Blox components for platform improvements.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • No Warranty – SandBlox is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of security, uptime, or error-free functionality.
  • No Liability for Smart Contracts – We are not responsible for security risks or financial losses from dApps and smart contracts built using SandBlox.
  • Limited Liability – We are not liable for damages resulting from:
    • Security breaches affecting your private keys or wallet.
    • Loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities.
    • Third-party services' downtime or malfunctions.
    • Bugs, exploits, or unintended behavior in the Application.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Particle Crypto Security from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of SandBlox.
  • Your User Content and smart contracts.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on SandBlox. Your continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be handled in Tel Aviv, Israel courts.

11. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms replace any previous agreements regarding SandBlox.
