What is the exact version of the Ps_Googleanalytics did you use?
Is it v3.1.2?

Today I have uninstalled the module, reinstalled it and now it seems to be working corectly. I'm closing this for now, but I'll do some more tests with this module.

OK. Now I have a clue what's going on: I think there is a problem if someone uses pscleaner module to delete all orders.
ganalytics module stores all orders in ps_ganalytics table. But when using ps_cleaner, all orders are erased and new orders will take the previous order id's that are still stored in the ps_ganalytics table (causing duplicate key errors). I'm not 100% on this, because I don't have the time right now to test for this scenario, but I think this might be the problem.
So, I'm reopening this issue, in case someone has the same problem. Possible solution: after using pscleaner to delete orders, also uninstall and reinstall ganalytics module in order to clear its tables (or do it manually).
