As a content editor, I want People-People relations to automatically fill in reciprocal family relationships, so that networks get filled in faster and easier

On the backend when filling in family relations, we want reciprocal related connections to populate. For example, if I list Person A as the father of Person B, and Person C as the son of Person B, we'd like the backend to connect Person A and C as grandparent and grandchild automatically.
