As a frontend user, I want transcriptions and translations displayed in reverse chronological order, so that I see the most up to date editions first

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the transcriptions do not seem to display the most recent dated ones first. I made three test transcriptions and dated them 2004, 2014, and 2024. It displayed the 2004 text first, as seen here:

Describe the solution you'd like
We want the default order to always show the most recent dated editions/transcriptions/translations first on the document detail page, that way users always see the most up to date versions available. In other words, we want the default order to be reverse-chronological order

From the 3/16/26 PM meeting: We also want to make sure that the machine-learning transcriptions and translations appear last, even if it is the most recent edition/translation. But if there is more than one machine-learning document, the same logic would apply - with the most recent version appearing first.
