Encountered an error when attempting to compile Helios with CMake.

I created a conda evnrionment with python == 3.9.16; agml = 0.4.7
I am executing the floowing cell in /AgML/examples/AgML-Synthetic.ipynb

And run into this error
This is my Cmake version
