From bd877c9da93d3d2bc8fc3944b970d296d365750d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: cryptam <102138190+CryptAm@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Fri, 2 Oct 2026 18:26:29 +0300 Subject: [PATCH] docs(index): add apiKey to SDK initialization example The OpenSeaSDK implementation example in `@example` (src/index.ts) does not pass the `apiKey`. This is the only implementation example in the repository that omits the `apiKey`; `fast-start.md` and the JSDoc in `sdk.ts` include it everywhere. Without the `apiKey`, most API calls return an authorization error. `index.ts` serves as the package entry point - for instance, on the main documentation page generated by TypeDoc. The `apiKey` has been added to ensure consistency with the rest of the documentation and to ensure the code works correctl --- src/index.ts | 3 ++- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/src/index.ts b/src/index.ts index 305e74a33..452bab653 100644 --- a/src/index.ts +++ b/src/index.ts @@ -28,7 +28,8 @@ export * from "./utils" * import { OpenSeaSDK, Chain } from '@opensea/sdk' * const provider = new ethers.JsonRpcProvider('https://mainnet.infura.io') * const client = new OpenSeaSDK(provider, { - * chain: Chain.Mainnet + * chain: Chain.Mainnet, + * apiKey: "YOUR_OPENSEA_API_KEY", * }) * ``` */
