Quite often I need to turn off the device or disconnect it from the network but I don't want to risk interrupting an ongoing transfer of a user, which might be critical (think of the last MBs of video evidence sent over a slow connection).
It would be useful to have a function to continue ongoing connections, while refusing new connections. That way I could give it some more time until the connection count is back to zero so that I can be sure that I don't cause any damage.
