Model Unavailable on OnePlus 13

Hello, the model for some reason isn't available on OnePlus 13, when i tap to check aicore it redirects me to the play store page.

Aicore was preinstalled on my device:

Hi, it should be available. Could you please open the latest version of the app (non-beta works too) and show me the screenshot of the logs? This may clarify the reason.

I can see that the model is not downloaded by the AI Core. You may have some luck by joining the beta of the AI Core, there is a chat interface in the beta.

I am experiencing a similar issue on my Google Pixel 8 Pro, despite having installed the latest version of the app from GitHub.

Regarding the oneplus issue, could you ckeck if you are on the latest version of the android and if your play store is up to date?
From logs I can see that AI Core recognized the request for initialization, and returned that it has no nano-prompt capability. Your phone model does support it but your phone does not. Could you get into the AI Core's select model menu? If you have beta, you then will have it's icon in the app list, at the top there is a model selector, do you have anything there?

Im on android 16 (OxygenOS 16) and google play is up to date. AiCore beta doesn't see any models.

Then it would seem like an issue with this exact phone. If you bought the phone from the official retailer, I would recommend seeking their support, or support of qualified and certified repair shop.

Unfortunately the AI Core here is in charge, so if it says there is no model available, this points to the AI Core itself. I cannot neither control nor fix this, and PAIOS doesn't affect this at all.

I've had several messages before yours of AI Core not working in the environment of the device that is clearly supported by Google. I've never been able to help anyone with this problem and I don't even know what is causing this.

Simply put, this is an error with AI Core, which is a Google service, which I unfortunately cannot help with. I'm sorry and wishing you luck in getting the help with this, and if you somehow manage to at least dig up the reason of this behavior (or hopefully a fix) I would appreciate if you'll update us on that.
