Great timing! I'm actually actively working on multi-runtime support right now. Our current feat/agent-runtime-groundwork branch introduces an AgentRuntime abstraction that decouples the core workflow engine from any specific AI coding tool.

What this means concretely:

• The orchestrator now has a runtime factory pattern - ClaudeAgentAdapter and CodexCliRuntime are the first two implementations
• The core loop (Interview → Seed → Execute → Evaluate → Evolve) is runtime-agnostic
• Adding a new runtime (Windsurf, Copilot, etc.) becomes a matter of implementing the AgentRuntime interface
